This policy explains how Sakinny collects, uses, and protects information when you use the website or mobile applications. The data controller is: Sakinny.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, account details, property and viewing requests, uploaded images or documents, device and push-notification data, and security or operational logs.

Analytics and local browser storage

After your explicit consent, the website may use local browser storage for a random analytics identifier, in addition to functional local data such as recent searches, recently viewed properties, and the comparison list. The analytics identifier rotates every 30 days and does not itself contain your name or phone number.

Website analytics are off by default and start only after you choose to enable them. With consent, we may record page views, a periodic activity heartbeat while the page remains open, the current path, device type, IP address, and user agent for performance measurement. Analytics remain disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and consent can be withdrawn on this page. Client-app usage analytics are also off by default and can be controlled from Account → Privacy & analytics.

Retention periods

Analytics events are normally removed after 180 days, analytics sessions after 30 days, and activity or error logs after 365 days, unless a documented security or legal need requires longer retention.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, coordinate properties and viewings, communicate with users, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, improve the service, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with messaging, notification, or hosting providers, or with authorities when legally required. We use access controls, transport encryption, and audit records to protect information.

Browser data controls

Account deletion

You can request account deletion through the application or the account-deletion page. Limited financial or contractual records may be retained when legally required and are separated from sign-in access where possible.

Your rights and choices

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw analytics and notification consent without affecting processing already completed. We may verify identity before fulfilling a data request.

The Sakinny operator must list the actual hosting, messaging, notification, and analytics processors here before launch.
